Four Seasons Nursing Home takes a multi-disciplinary approach to wound management.  Our wound care team consists of a physician, nurse, dietician, and a wound care consultant.  Team rounds are made on a weekly basis.  At that time treatment recommendations are reviewed which include not only wound care management but also nutritional management, off-loading and underlying disease management.  Surgical referrals for debridement are made as needed. 

We use advance wound care products choice based on the needs of each individual wound to optimize healing.  Wound bed preparation is our key concept.  This includes management of necrosis, exudate, and bacteria.  Our team of professionals can meet all your wound care needs.
